Use case
Catalytic cracking unit: In the catalytic cracking process of petroleum refining, the reaction temperature reaches 500-600 ℃, and the flow rate of oil and gas mixture is fast. Our inert ceramic ball supported catalyst used in a large refinery. Previously, the catalyst bed was prone to collapse, resulting in uneven oil and gas distribution, low reaction efficiency, and large catalyst loss. After use, with its high strength, high hardness and thermal stability, stable bearing bed, buffer oil and gas shock. Long-term monitoring shows that the catalyst life is extended by 30%, the reaction efficiency is increased by 15%, and the cost is greatly reduced.
Hydrogenation unit: A hydrofining plant fills the hydrogenation reactor with inert ceramic balls of our manufacturer. Impurities in raw oil can easily poison the downstream hydrogenation catalyst. The ceramic ball plays the role of filtration and dispersion, intercepts impurities, and allows the raw oil to be evenly distributed in the catalyst bed. After use, the hydrogenation catalyst replacement cycle was extended from 9 months to 15 months, the product quality stability was improved, and the unqualified rate was reduced by 20%.
Coal chemical industry: A large coal chemical enterprise in the fixed bed coal gasifier, with our manufacturer's inert ceramic ball to improve the distribution of gasification agent. In the past, the uneven distribution of gasification agents affected the production and quality of gas. The ceramic ball is filled in the gas distribution plate at the bottom of the gasifier, which makes the gasifier enter the coal layer evenly through the spherical structure and gas permeability. After the adoption, the gas production rate is increased by 12%, and the effective components such as carbon monoxide and hydrogen in the gas are increased by 8%.
Coal-to-methanol synthesizer: A coal-to-methanol plant uses inert ceramic balls from our manufacturer to support catalysts and improve gas distribution in the synthesizer. The synthetic reaction requires a specific temperature and pressure, and the ceramic ball prevents the catalyst from moving down due to gravity and airflow impact, so that the reaction gas is fully in contact with the catalyst. After use, the reaction temperature in the synthesis tower is more uniform, the hot spot temperature fluctuation is reduced by 10℃, the conversion rate of methanol synthesis is increased from 25% to 32%, and the comprehensive energy consumption per ton of methanol is reduced by about 8%.
